Havana: Since the entry into force of resolutions 98 and 99 of the Ministry of Communications on the organization and legalization of wireless or wired interconnected communities, 402 natural persons have received their licenses, Cubadebate publishes.
In a press conference held at the Central Computing Palace, the Director General of Communications of the Mincom, Pablo Julio Pla Feria, commented that “this has been accompanied by a process of capacity building and infrastructure in the Youth Computer and Electronics Club Network, called Tinored. And with the use of infrastructure of other entities to give Wi-Fi access to these networks”.
The executive pointed out that the procedures for obtaining these licenses are carried out in person at the territorial addresses of the Technical Budget Unit for the Control of the Radio electric Space (UPTCER), and online, on the portal of the Ministry of Communications.
For his part, José Carlos Cruz Sandova, Director of Computerization of the National Direction of the Young Clubs, added that so far 1798 people have registered to the network, which can enjoy about 15 services available in Tinored, among which highlights Mochila, the Ludox Video Game Portal, Estanquillo, the Tending Social Network, the Reflejos blog platform, Ecured, the IP Voice Messaging Service (TeamSpeak) and the Notigol sports news site, which can be accessed from the system of Young Club.
