Havana, Cuba: As a space for national dialogue of the people with their grassroots representatives, the second process of rendering account of the delegate to their electors, corresponding to the XVII Term of Mandate of the Municipal Assemblies of the Popular Power will take place from October 1 to November 30, Radio Reloj publishes.
Under the motto From the Community, We Think Cuba, the meetings will constitute the appropriate framework to inform about the results of the delegate's management, and the search for solutions to different problems.
During October and November, all the country's popular councils will live this process, the basis of Cuban socialist democracy, and one of its most important moments.
On this occasion, the accountability will be marked by the aggressiveness of the United States Government, which reinforces its brutal policy with new measures to intensify the blockade.
