Havana, Cuba_ To keep normal relations with the United States, Cuba made it clear that besides lifting the blockade and the return of the territory illegally occupied by the Guantanamo Naval Base, it is necessary to stop other harmful policies such as the implementation of subversive programs, Radio Rebelde publishes.

The example of the double standard is latent in World Learning, a non-profit organization, funded by different agencies of the US State Department, including the US Agency for International Development, USAID for its acronym in English, in order to promote "changes” in Cuba.

World Learning carried out between last July and August a called Summer Program for Cuban Youth, between 16 and 18 years old with high school studies, all this without consulting the Cuban authorities.

With a dubious past, that organization did not take into account neither the Ministry of Education nor the Higher Education Ministry, violating national and international laws established for the academic exchange.

It is clear that the priority is youth, considered easy to handle. With the new announcements of a new alleged relationship with Cuba, the US strategy changes, but the objective is the same.

Cubans will never forget our history as requested by President Barack Obama during his speech in Havana.

These subversive plans are nothing new, they came about many years ago. On several occasions, professor and writer Raul Capote, Cuban security agent Daniel, who was infiltrated the Central Intelligence Agency of the United States of America, has explained the purposes of this interventionist policy,.

It seems contradictory and totally inconsistent that in the new context of relations between Cuba and the United States, these suspect programs appear to create among Cuban youth a pool of potential new leaders for change according to the patterns of the subversive war.

Apparently, these projects are attractive, but in essence there is the perverse intention of preparing young people around the capitalist political and counter-revolutionary discourse.

A great majority of the Cuban youth knows it well: these scholarship plans financed by Washington, are nothing but a cheater and subtle attempt to break the political system established in Cuba for over half a century.
