Havana, Cuba_ The third rendering account process of the delegates to their electors in the sixteenth term of the Municipal Assemblies of People's Power continues in Cuba, with a total of 66 thousand 991 assemblies scheduled to be held until December 30, Radio Reloj publishes.
Speaking on the Round Table radio-program, the Cuban Parliament's secretary, Miriam Brito, pointed out that to date more than 14,000 have been carried out, with a 76.3 per cent attendance.
The official emphasized the importance of the preparation of the delegate, and the participation of the people, not as a duty, but as a citizen right in the analysis and reflection exercise, regarding the demands of the community.
Miriam Brito meant that the third rendering account process takes place in the context of the 40th anniversary of the Popular Power Bodies.
