Havana, Cuba__ The head of state of Honduras, Juan Orlando Hernández, will begin a visit to Cuba on Thursday, Radio Reloj reports.

According to a Foreign Ministry note on its website, President Hernandez's agenda in the greater of the Antilles includes official talks with his counterpart Raúl Castro.

On the other hand, the first round of Migration Talks between the Republics of Cuba and Honduras took place in Havana on November 21 and 22, in a friendly atmosphere of mutual respect, according to the level of existing bilateral relations.

Both delegations continued the negotiation of a Memorandum of Understanding on the subject, document that will constitute the legal framework to promote a regular, orderly, safe and respectful migratory flow of the rights of travelers.
