Havana, Cuba__ The General District Attorney of the Republic of Cuba, Darío Delgado, pointed out the prevention of the legality and the rights of the citizens as one of the vital work projections of the institution, the digital site of Radio Reloj publishes.

According to Delgado in a penal process it is necessary to achieve a higher professionalism, reason for which they prepare their personnel to work with quality and efficiency.

The maximum authority of the General Prosecutor's office specified that our National Hero, José Martí, when approaching those topics, sentenced that in the justice it doesn't fit the delay; therefore the work has a protagonist role.

This December 23, the Prosecutor's office turns 43 years of having been founded as independent organ, and throughout more than four decades it has looked after the rights of the citizens.
