Mayabeque, Cuba_ Members of the Non-State Cooperative of Recyclable Waste, from San José de las Lajas, are participating in the Twelfth International Workshop on Emancipatory Paradigms Berta Cáceres Vive, that takes place in the Cuban capital, the digital site of Radio Camoa publishes.
The event, which is part of the Popular and Solidarity of Life Management Fair, is attended by representatives of popular councils, cooperatives from different sectors, faith communities, renewed state enterprise, private sector, cultural projects and community partners, among others.
The program of this day includes forms of popular and solidarity management of life, with a presentation on Diversity and articulation of management and participation in Cuba, Towards a network of cooperative and supportive work, by Georgina Alfonso, head of the Latin America Group: Social Philosophy and Axiology (GALFISA), Institute of Philosophy (Galfisa) and Mística Somos luces, by Jorgito Kamankola and Samuel Águila.
During the meeting, Dayma Echevarría, from the Center for the Study of the Cuban Economy, Blanca Munster, from the World Economic Research Center, Ramón Labañino, responsible for Cooperatives of the National Association of Economists and Accountants, among other personalities, will discuss topics of interest.
The workshop also includes a meeting titled Listening and dialoguing with experiences, space to exchange experiences and learn about the variety of opportunities.
