Havana, Cuba_ Colombian President, Juan Manuel Santos, participated in a business forum in the National Hotel of Cuba, Prensa Latina reports. 

Santos will meet with his Cuban peer,Raúl Castro Ruz, at the Revolution Palace, in the context of his current official visit to the island.

Prior to the meeting, the president of that South American nation will pay tribute to National Hero, Jose Marti, and afterwards to Nobel Prizewinner in Literature, Gabriel Garcia Marquez.

Santos is accompanied by Minister of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, María Claudia Lacouture, and ProColombia President Felipe Jaramillo, who come with the objective of strengthening commercial ties and taking advantage of business opportunities on the island.
