A Cuban official delegation, led by Council of Ministers Vice-President, Ulises Rosales del Toro, has concluded a visit to Iran today, where participated in the inauguration of President Hassan Rohani, Prensa Latina reports.

The mission of the Caribbean country attended the ceremony, during which Rohani swore for his second term as president, after being reelected in May 19.

The head of the Iranian state received in audience the Caribbean visitor, who conveyed the congratulation by President Raul Castro and stressed that Iran can always count on the Cuban government and people's solidarity.

During the meeting, Rohani recalled his visit to Havana in September 2016 and noted that the presence of the vice president in Tehran was an expression of the political will of the Caribbean nation to develop ties with Iran.
