Cuba_ San Juan de Dios Square in Camaguey hosts today the central act for the 57th anniversary of the Cuban Women Federation, (FMC), Radio Reloj publishes. 

With great enthusiasm and commitment, the FMC members in this province, the best in the country, celebrates the date with outstanding results in the integration to the socio economic labor which has made possible to strengthen, motivate and transform the organization through a greater link with the communities, institutions and entities of the territory.
The increasing role of the women in Camaguey, 53 females are directors in provincial entities and seven presidents of municipal governments, is another achievement.
It also highlights the performance of 20 presidents of cooperatives in the agrarian sector, who contribute to the economic, political and social development of the country.
More than 290 thousand women are incorporated to the FMC in the province, the 90 per cent of the females in the territory.
