Cuba_ Cubana de Aviación airline reported the suspension of its flights to and from the Rafael Cabrera Airport in Gerona, located in the Special Municipality of Isla de la Juventud taking into account the trajectory of Hurricane Nate, Cubasí reports.

The note adds that the population will subsequently be informed of the gradual restoration of operations, according with the normalization of weather conditions.

Passengers canceled on the occasion of the Tropical Storm are informed that they can change the date of the flight without penalty for a subsequent one, when the conditions necessary to operate are restored and subject to the availability of capabilities offered by the airline.

Those who wish can exceptionally reimburse their air ticket in the Company's Sales Offices, for a period of one year.

Cubana de Aviación offers apologies for the damages caused.
