Havana_ Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic begins today an official visit to Cuba, Radio Reloj publishes.

During his stay, the distinguished visitor will hold official talks with Cuban authorities and carry out other activities.

Havana and Belgrade will celebrate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations next year.

Born on March 5, 1979, Aleksander Vucic is a politician and lawyer who since May 31, 2017 is the president of that European nation, by winning the elections with his Serbian Progressive Party. Previously, from April 2014 to May 30 of this year he held the position of Prime Minister.

When he announced his visit to the island last October, Vucic said that Serbia, as a country that defends its independence, feels great friendship and appreciation towards Cuba.
