Bernaldo Martinez Alvarez, director of the factory located in the popular council of San Antonio de las Vegas, explained that they obtained from 4000-5000 units daily, with an increase of three thousand 600 round tobaccos each day.
At the same time he talked about the diversification of the assortments for export and the increase of a 19 percent of the production, with the elaboration of Habano, Cohiba, Montecristo and Romeo and Juliet.
Martinez Alvarez added that for the second quarter of this year, the industry will expand the supplies with a new line to exceed the 120 percent of the plan compliance of the last calendar.
