Mayabeque, Cuba_ The Cuban Women Federation (FMC), of Mayabeque, will begin a process to improve its structures and to make the management of the cadres more precise. 

It also develops programs to achieve the full exercise of the equality of women in all areas and levels of society. It provides systematically its contribution to the formation and well-being of the new generations.

The process of balance, as part of the tenth Congress of the FMC, will begin from the base structure, which is delegations and blocks, from the scheduled day.

The objective is the strengthening of the structures and the proposal of comrades that can occupy responsibilities and be leaders within the organization, Dania Romero Alegre, official of the FMC in the province, said.

Prior to this process, the FMC members of the demarcation supported the holding of the recent elections of deputies to the Cuban Parliament and of delegates to the Provincial Assemblies.
