Mayabeque, Cuba_ The Agrarian University of Havana, Fructuoso Rodríguez Pérez, has four careers of agricultural profile with great impact in the agricultural sector of the country. 

Through the daily and meeting courses, good results are appreciated. The prognosis for the next school term is that there is stability in terms of the permanence of the 180 students in the day course and 265 in the modality of once a day course.

Agricultural careers are important for the territory and for Cuba, which is why professionals from Matanzas, Pinar del Río, Ciudad de La Habana, Isla de la Juventud and Mayabeque are trained in this university.

The stability in the entrance to agricultural careers, provides the good results of this house of high studies. Today they are working to increase the physical areas in order to progressively increase enrollment in the agricultural profile based on the demand of the employers' organizations.
