Mayabeque, Cuba_ Thanks to the community initiative Fragancia, Obelia Blanco Labañino, outstanding actress and announcer of the Cuban radio and television, and also an artisan, visited the municipality of San Nicolas for the first time. 

"The artist owes to the people because the people are the ones who make us. There is no point in doing a very nice job if nobody sees me, or recognizes me. I always talk to people, they nourish me”, Blanco Labañino said.

The moment was opportune for the founder of Tele Rebelde, in Santiago de Cuba, and Radio Taíno to comment on her most recent performance, in the novel El fin, el mar.

In the Cuban Television, Obelia Blanco had the opportunity to work in Adventures, such as The Lion of Damascus, The Black Corsair with Carlos Gilí; novels such as El viejo Espigon, Médico de Guardia, The Lady in White; short stories, theaters and series like Sector 40.
