Mayabeque, Cuba_ The Casona Sur Art Gallery, in the municipality of Melena del Sur, will host the exposition of the visual artist José Manuel Mederos Sigler.

Moferefun nfumbe, is the name of the exhibition, dedicated to the Orisha culture, a collection made up of 22 paintings and 5 installations or altars, where Mederos Sigler offers his different vision to the Afro-Cuban idiosyncrasies.

According to the creator, he does not like to paint for exhibitions, he only expresses his ideas on the canvas and then he makes a selection of the works with more relation to show them to the public, that one, who is the true critic and lover of his paintings.

This artist, born in Bejucal, is also a prominent writer with 4 publications, a lover of the art of letters.
