Mayabeque, Cuba_ Four volumes of high value from Montecallado Publishing House were presented in the Lezama Lima room, in San Carlos de la Cabaña, headquarters of the 28th Edition of the Literature Festival.

The audience enjoyed the presentation of the text “En busca de un sorbo de luz” (In Search of a Sip of Light), an investigation by the Doctor of Science Felicia Hernández Lorenzo, about the life and work of Francisco Riverón.

This day make possible that Montecallado Publishing House could exhibit the creative proposal of the collection of short stories Pichi Corto, of Güines’ writer Rolando González Gil.

Another novelty was the poem book "Tiempos de Mariposa", by the poetess Damaris Romero, from Batabanó, an occasion for literary lovers to to know her work and motivations to continue with other aspirations.

The call to the reading of a decimario of the authorship of the spirit of Carlos Etiel Gómez, became recognition to the winner of the Francisco Riverón contest award, 2017.

All the presentations at the 28th edition of the Book Fair of the Montecallado Publishing House were in charge of the writer Juan Carlos García Guridi, literature specialist of the Provincial Direction of Culture.

The great celebration of literature has the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria as the guest of honor, and has the participation of more than 380 guests from 44 countries.
