Mayabeque, Cuba_ The balance of the work carried out by the Union of Civil Defense Workers in this province began with a call to give the Yes for the new Magna Carta.

In this retrospective, the assistants in representation of the more than seven thousand 800 workers of the union in the province analyzed the system of stimulation, the design of the collective agreements of work, and the confrontation to the crime, the fight against the illegalities and the internal control.

In this sense, there are strengths that should be consolidated, the General Secretary of the National Union of Civilians of Defense, Mabel Acea, told this reporter.

"The first strength is the stability of the union leaders, the preparation of them, although we see the preparation of the leaders as a subject not exhausted."
