"There are advances and projects aimed at the development of communications, in several areas," said the director of ETECSA in the southern town, Braulio Traviezo Zamora."

"At the moment we are working on the construction of two radio bases," he said.

These operations will facilitate the mobile coverage in the Popular Councils, including Guara.
