Mayabeque, Cuba_ The Romelio MartÃnez In Memoriam Baseball Cup will be held in its second edition from Monday 11 to Sunday 17 of this month, with the participation of six teams from five provinces.
According to the member of the provincial commission of the discipline, Juan Carlos RodrÃguez, the event will once again pay homage to the idol of Bejucal, who died prematurely at 52 years of age.

The selections from Pinar del RÃo, Isla de la Juventud, La Habana and Artemisa were invited to the meeting, for Mayabeque the U-23 and the Hurricane pre-selections will be participating.
The contest will be inaugurated in the Mario Pedroso stadium, in his hometown, with the presence of all the cast enrolled in the lid.
They will play three games a day, double game at the Nelson Fernández Stadium and a single at the Bejucal Stadium. Saturday will be the crossed semifinal and on Sunday the first two places will dispute the crown in the stadium of the City of Charangas where the closing ceremony will take place.
The first edition was won by the Agropecuarios of Mayabeque.
