Mayabeque, Cuba_ The Folkloric ballet company Orisha-Oko, from the province of Mayabeque, will carry out a performance in the central park of Madruga, this Sunday, at 10:00 in the morning.
The artistic group directed by Leonel Menéndez Murray has a first level category and today is included in the catalog of the National Council of Performing Arts.
Orisha-Oko, is an artistic reflection of the richest and diverse musico-dancer manifestations of Afro-American folklore, of the Caribbean area.
This group stands out for being conservative of the essence of Cuban culture, without opposing the renewing airs imposed by society and man as its product.
