Mayabeque, Cuba_ Almost three million 500 thousand pesos were dedicated to the construction of 40 houses in the municipality of Madruga, in the last two years. The properties were granted to families with low economic solvency.

The figure corresponds to the subsidies given in the municipality, by the Administration Council, which supported the acquisition of materials and the payment of the labor that made possible the completion and delivery of the basic cells.

The monetary support responds to a control system of the Bank of Credits and Commerce of the locality, which supervises the pertinent procedures to avoid violations and irregularities.

In addition to these 40 families benefited, the territory subsidized another 128 people who paid through checks and cash, issued by the banking agency in question.
