Mayabeque, Cuba: With the selection of an area began the first assembly phase of an Ecomic production plant at René Orestes Reiné Credit and Services Cooperative, located in the capital of Mayabeque, Radio Camoa reports.
It will be within the collective use farm of this cooperative, an area with more than three cavalries of land destined for the sowing of various crops, plantations that will be benefited from the use of this ecological bio-fertilizer.
The Ecomic, obtained by researchers from the National Institute of Agricultural Sciences (INCA), contributes to a better use of nitrogen and a greater absorption of nutrients. It also protects against root pests and increases crop yields.
With the productions of this new plant, scheduled to start in 2020, they will benefit workers of all productive forms of agriculture in the territory and gradually from the rest of the country.
