Mayabeque, Cuba: Regla Herrera Armenteros will represent the province of Mayabeque in the National Conference of the Association of Innovators and Rationalizers (ANIR), she, with its inventiveness, helps people with physical limitations who practice sports.
Her contribution prevents the importation of resources and facilitates a better state of life for these people with disabilities.

The most important of the contribution is that several people with disabilities returned to sports and recreational practice, we have even started the development of the tracks for the practice of fencing on wheelchairs, an innovation that has become widespread throughout the country.
In 2018, the contribution of Regla Herrera Armenteros made it possible for Mayabeque fenders to win two gold and two silver medals in the national event.
