The efficient use of organic fertilizers and sustainable agro-ecological techniques makes it easy to combat any problem that this natural component presents, such as desertification.
In this endeavor, agriculture develops actions related to the use, care and conservation of soils, according to statements by engineer Belkis León Arencibia, a specialist in the sector.
"We demand the application of organic matter from vermiculture and cattle dung," she said.
Producers receive systematic training to obtain favorable results in this regard and contribute to the use of soils.
