Mayabeque, Cuba: The educational centers of Quivicán take measures to prevent the presence of the Aedes Aegypti mosquito, a threatening vector that causes diseases such as Dengue, yellow fever, Zika and Chikungunya.
In that sense, Menelao Mora Elementary School periodically performs the autofocal, in the seven areas that make up the school.
The school has four brigades whose fundamental activity is to keep the school clean, avoid the formation of micro-dumps, so there is no place for the  mosquito to reproduce.
The most efficient way to corner this dangerous enemy is to always be alert, hence it is better to be safe than sorry.
