Mayabeque, Cuba: The athlete from Melena del Sur, Michael González, was the hero of Camagüey's victory over Industriales, in the second game of the sub-series held the day before in the 59 National Baseball Series.

Michael González, as reinforcement, was the author of a homerun with three players in the bases in the fifth act, to round the aforementioned cluster of five lines that put the locals in front seven over two.

The game lasted only seven innings, due to the darkness that prevailed in the Cándido González stadium.

Two pinareños, Yoandi Cruz and Isbel Hernández, took the success and the point per game saved, respectively, while the defeat went to the account of Eddy Abel García.

In other results, Cienfuegos defeated Matanzas for the second consecutive day five over three and Santiago de Cuba took it out of Las Tunas with a score of four by one.
