Mayabeque, Cuba: The hand-cut and mechanized platoons that will participate in the next sugar harvest received the flag that accredits them. The leader of the platoon 6 Front 1, Yunior Cartaya Bello, read the commitment on behalf of the participants: “We presented the flag to 7 mechanized platoons, 4 of land preparation and two brigades of cane cutters, all ready for the sugar harvest 2019-2020”.

During the meeting, the provincial emulation meeting was carried out, which assessed the results of the sugarcane work until the end of October.

The workers linked to the Basic Units of Attention to Agricultural Producers of the whole province were recognized.

As part of the stimulation it was known that the province of Mayabeque was the best integral territory in the 2018-2019 harvest.

The Director of Basic Unit of Attention to Producers (APA) “Héctor Molina Riaño”, Juan Carlos Rivero ”, argued:“ It is really plausible the effort of the workers who made it possible for us to do the beginning of the harvest, with the responsibility to make it efficient as well as a good sowing campaign November-April, at the height of our needs ”.

The member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) and first secretary in Mayabeque, Yanina de la Nuez Aclich, said: "the moment leads to greater efforts, more sacrifice, more commitment."
