Mayabeque, Cuba_ Executives from the Cuban Institute of Radio and Television (ICRT by its Spanish initials) evaluates as positive the performance of the workers of Radio Mayabeque taking into consideration their process of creation and broadcasting, the participation in national and international events and the spreading of the territory’s information through its website and the social networks.

The condition of National Vanguard for eighteen consecutive years, the condition 75 Anniversary of the Cuban Workers’ Union and two awards in the International convention of radio and Television, as well as the same amount of mentions in the National Festival highlights are among the recognitions received by the radio station.

Other achievements are the prizes in Primero de Mayo, Juan Candelario Bacallao, UNEAC-ICRT and economic journalist contests.

The work collective also spread out messages do make the world the truth of the island and they achieved the unity among the connected to Internet.

In the same way the ICRT praised the particularities of the implementation of the Quality Management System in the different areas of Radio Mayabeque and the work carried out to improve the technical-artistic realization of each program.

During 2015 the plant included in the program, different spaces dedicated to spread out trova, danzón, alternative music and other genres, besides adding new radial projects this year that satisfy the audience of the territory and other Cuban provinces.

They also evaluates as positive the social investigations, the workshops and training courses for journalists, announcers, technicians and others associated with the Technical Group.
