Mayabeque, Cuba_ The experience of the Accompanied Reading is a new commercial experience carried out by the Electric Enterprise of Mayabeque with the advice of specialists from Camaguey.
The initiative consists in the verification of the incidence in the services of the Commercial Offices through the joined work of the reader-collector and the inspector of the Enterprise.
The supervision of the reading, the certification of the integral work of the reader and to support him/her in his activities are among the actions carried out by the inspectors.
This internal control allows detecting and preventing frauds and non-registered services, which led to losses.
This method as well as the results of the joined work of the collector and the inspector, are recognized by the Cuban Electric Union.
