Mayabeque, Cuba_ 45 young people from San Jose de las Lajas are part of the Detachment Ninth Congress of the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR), according to Yoalexis Llorente, coordinator of the CDRs in the capital of Mayabeque, Radio Camoa publishes.

The group consists of students of higher education, basic secondary, officers of the Revolutionary Armed Forces FAR, Ministry of the Interior (MININT), high performance athletes and workers from different sectors that accumulate student and labor merits in their areas cederistas.

Llorente also commented that the delegation formed mostly by grassroots leaders is carrying out several activities; visits to settlements with social problems, volunteer work, neighborhoods-debates and other impact tasks.

This detachment in the capital of Mayabeque undertakes other actions to strengthen ideological political work with the perspective of transmitting values ​​and the spirit of the Revolution, during this process that will culminate in 2018 with the Ninth Congress Municipal Assembly.

This great youthful potential of the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution, in San José de las Lajas, guarantees the continuity in the defense of the revolutionary work.
