Mayabeque, Cuba_ The award of the Provincial Prize for Economic Journalism and the recognition to the municipal delegations of the National Association of Economists and Accountants of Cuba (ANEC) for their work during 2017, took place in the headquarters of that organization in San José de las Lajas, the website of Radio Camoa publishes. 

In the written press the award goes to Reinaldo Fuentes from Mayabeque newspaper, Yaremis Mederos Ponce, from  Güines TV, reached the prize in television while in radio the awarded was  Wilber Pastrana and in the Digital site Andy Duardo Martín, both from Radio Mayabeque.

In this contest Ada Durán del Río from Radio Camoa was awarded in the radio media,  Indira La O Herrera, from  Radio Mayabeque in the digital, and Lilian Reyna of the radio station of the provincial capital they also reached mention in radio press.

In the meeting Jaruco, Güines, San Nicolás, Melena del Sur and Batabanó were the most outstanding territories in the work of the ANEC.

The occasion was propitious for the delivery of the annual prize of economy Raúl León Torras to Danaymis Díaz La Calle, of Jaruco, and the annual of Economic History Regino Botti to Lázaro Mateo Alfonso Gómez, of Melena del Sur.
