Mayabeque_ The completion of the faculty staff is the main challenge for the Direction of Education in Mayabeque, although strategies already in practice, allow progress in this aspect. 

This was confirmed by María Daily Guerra Moré, Director of Education in the province, who explained that the sector is currently in favorable conditions in relation to previous years.

Guerra Moré reported about the incorporation of more than 180 young people belonging to the Federation of University Students, FEU, and graduates of pedagogical schools which allows improving the teaching coverage.
