Mayabeque, Cuba_ Mayabeque continues taking steps in favor of the rational and optimal use of all its resources in order to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants. 

With this purpose, the First Local Development Strategy Workshop promoted by the Agrarian University Fructuoso Rodríguez of the province took place, through its center of studies for development management.

The local development strategy to achieve the necessary and desired impact in the communities must be seen as an integrating entity.

The workshop opens new possibilities to develop economic and sociocultural projects that accentuate the autonomy of governments.
