Mayabeque, Cuba_ Fructuoso Rodríguez Pérez University  in Mayabeque promotes pedagogical training through the educational project "La semilla escondida".  

This experience links the detachment "I am the teacher", in the Juan Borrell High School of the municipality of Güines and contributes to the incorporation of young people to the teaching profession.

"The goal is to rescue the educational environments of each of the levels, those students who choose pedagogical careers," Doctor of Science Nicolás Núñez García, professor of the house of higher studies said.
