Mayabeque, Cuba_ The Master in Sciences Caridad Esther Martínez Pelletier has 27 years in the Education sector. For her outstanding work, she was awarded with the Cuban Education distinction, besides other recognitions for the presentation of relevant works in science and technical forums, among other decorations. 

From the experience as a pedagogue at José Martí Primary School in Güines, teacher Cary as she is known, expressed: "My greatest satisfaction is to have students who achieved results in events, to see them grow, to excel professionally".

I have always received the support of the family and this is very important for our work, because this is the fundamental cell and the first in the education of children, Martínez Pelletier said.
