The morning sunlight of this peculiar winter, that all Cubans feel, was part of the special scene of the celebration, it could not be otherwise, during all the day of the Educator, the direction of the sector in Batabanó with the support of the political and mass authorities insisted that this had to be unique and unforgettable.

Countless were the spaces for the entertainment, even to the most remote schools of the Batabano-born geography, in which at least one teacher lived, the tribute arrived.

The creativity arouse with the purpose of doing everything different, so it left indelible marks on the hearts and on the memory of those builders of harmonies and chimeras, creators of progress and visionaries of new and better worlds who are the teachers.

The tribute gala was the culmination of lots of deserved feelings and beauty, just at 8:30 in the morning the notes of the Anthem of Bayamo touched the first fibers, then the ingenuity and talent of the children, adolescents and young people led by the José Martí Brigade magnified the moment.

The awards came to executives, retired or reincorporated teachers in front of classrooms and even the simplest workers who modestly support the teaching process.
