Mayabeque, Cuba_ The workers of the Provincial Radio Station of Mayabeque ratified this afternoon, for nineteenth consecutive occasion, the condition of National Vanguard, for its extraordinary work results during last calendar.
José Antonio Manso Hernandez, director of Radio Mayabeque, received the recognition from Nereyda López Labrada, general secretary of the Union of the Culture Workers who expressed that this group work deserved such a distinction for the quality of the radial programming with sense of ownership, value and altruism.
The also deputy to the national assembly added that it is the population who gives this evaluation and evaluates the immediacy and professionalism of the information that this radio station offers.
Lopez Labrada highlights the commitment of holding this conditions a few days from the celebration of the National Rebelliousness Day, next July 26th  and the 90’s birthday of the leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro Ruz.
On the other hand Guillermo Pavón vice-president of the Cuban Institute of Radios and Television (ICRT in Spanish), affirmed that Radio Mayabeque is a bastion of the Cuban Radio.
"This radio station is listened in the east and the west of the country therefore the commitment and responsibility are enlarged for an heterogeneous public, he added.
Attending the ceremony were Eduardo Viera, political and ideological official of the Cuban Communist Party in Mayabeque, Odelmis Creagh, general Secretary of the Provincial Buro of the culture union among other officials.
