Mayabeque, Cuba: Narrators of Mayabeque will attend the International Meeting of Oral Narration Schools, Havana 2019, which will have as spaces, among others, the Casa del Alba Cultural and the Bertolt Brecht Cultural Center.

From May 28 to June 2 of this year, the event honors the 15th anniversaries of the Cuban Chair of Oral Narration María del Carmen Garcini and the José Martí Art Instructors Brigade, according to Granma newspaper.

"This edition will be dedicated to the experimental, without excluding orthodox and conventional narration", the teacher Elvia Pérez Nápoles, who heads ContArte.

Narrators from Mexico, Chile and the provinces of Holguín, Havana, Pinar del Río, Ciego de Ávila, Santiago de Cuba, Matanzas, Sancti Spíritus, Cienfuegos and Guantanamo, and the special municipality Isla de la Juventud are also invited.
