Mayabeque, Cuba__ The first days of March San José de las Lajas will venue Havana International Book Fair, dedicated to Jaruco’s writer, Encarnación de Armas Medina, the digital site of Radio Camoa publishes.
Orlando Chávez Pérez, director of the Distribution y Marketing of the Book in Mayabeque and Artemisa, said that the 30 books published in the collection 90th Anniversary Collection of Fidel, covering the political, social and cultural life of the Commander-in-Chief, promoter of this letters party, are ready for the ocassion.
The dictionary of Fidel's thought, an indispensable work that embraces the ideology of this revolutionary leader in all sectors and useful for all Cuban creators, will appear among the copies in the Fair.
"There are about 170 titles in the warehouses, among novelties, school literature, dictionaries and other asked by the public," the director said.
Theoretical and literary activities to rescue traditions with artists from the province, as well as new spaces to honor local intellectuals are included in the program.
This year, the International Book Fair of Havana will be dedicated to the personality of Dr. Armando Hart Dávalos and to Canada, as a guest country of honor.
