Mayabeque, Cuba_ The XVI National Day of Performance and Interventions, Puente Sur 2016, will take place in San José de las Lajas, from March 3rd to 6th of the present year.

Presentation of performance projects, audio visual exhibitions, expositions, concerts and exchange with art specialists in Cuba are including in the program of the event.

Supported by Hermanos Saiz Association (AHS) in Mayabeque, the main venue of Puente Sur 2016 will be the Young Creator House, in the capital city, although it will session in other places as the Boulevard, Camilo Cienfuegos and Quijote parks, the museum and the movie-theater Lajero.

Oslendy Hernández Vasallo, president of the AHS in the province, explained that 32 artists confirmed their attendance to the event which every day increases the number of participants. In this occasion there will be present performers from Matanzas, La Habana and Sancti Spiritus.
