Mayabeque, Cuba_ A new project begins to take shape in Surgidero de Batabanó, with the leadership of the students of the Bac- Ly mix center in the locality. The objective is to offer recreational and sports possibilities to the youth of the territory.

According to the president of the Popular Council, Niuris Boez Rubalcaba, they transform the disused environments to offer new options to the population.

"Among the initiatives to be carried out are the soccer and volleyball fields, a cultural mural and a target shooting”, she added.

The time reserved to carry out the complementary activities and the period corresponding to the school to the field is used in the sanitation work of the old local sponge warehouses, where the project will be established.

These actions are part of the Life Task (Tarea Vida), where its main creators are the Bac- Ly students, who express their satisfaction.
