Mayabeque, Cuba_ Yusnel Díaz Jerez was elected on Tuesday direct delegate of Mayabeque to the 9th Congress of the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR). His participation in the activities of the mass organization is outstanding and highlights in the rescue of the Children's Committees.

On the role played by young people in this mass structure, Díaz Jerez said that "it is a fundamental task to inculcate history, particularly that of the CDRs, that children know that the function of this neighborhood structure is not only to collect the contribution but also to monitor the revolutionary surveillance, we must help to promote that history among the residents of the neighborhoods, he sentenced.

In another moment of the exchange he said that for him "it is a pride to be the direct delegate of the province to the maximum meeting of the Cuban CDR. I see this merit as something collective, because it is the result of a work carried out by the affiliates in the Movement Let's Go For More,  which had as main objective to activate the work in the base, prior to the ninth Congress ".

For Yusnel Díaz, director of the mixed educational center Orlando Pardo Tabío, of Quivicán, it is also a proposal of high responsibility, since the strengthening actions of the CDRs that take place in Mayabeque will be made public.

The Secretary of surveillance and prevention of the National Directorate of the CDR, Julia Durrutí Molina, in assessing the actions of the mass structure said, "in Mayabeque the work is going up in each of the structures.
