Mayabeque, Cuba_ Mayabeque will host the XII National Evaluation of the Program of Local Production and Sale of Construction Materials from 21 to 22 of this month, to verify the progress of the province on this front, the Cuban News Agency publishes.  

The meeting will involve local representatives from the ministries of Construction (MICONS), Economy and Planning, Higher Education, Energy and Mines, and Industry, as well as the Institute of Physical Planning, among others.

One of the essential issues on the agenda is the solution of production problems, in addition to marketing, quality, innovation and protection of the environment, the MICONS informed the ACN.

The value of sales in 2017 of materials to the Ministry of Domestic Trade exceeded 320 million pesos, which constituted 98 percent of the plan.
