Mayabeque, Cuba_ The tour number 81 of the national group that attends the Urban and Suburban Agriculture Program to evaluate, in the 11 territories of the province, the 19 subprograms that pay tribute to this movement ends today in Mayabeque.
According to the soil specialist, Francisco MartÃnez RodrÃguez, they will prioritize the production of vegetables and fresh seasonings and everything that supports that program, organic fertilizers, irrigation, plant health and seed, subprograms that make sustainable the cultivation of vegetables in the municipalities.
They will also visit another 14 subprograms related to minor livestock. As in previous stages this demarcation aims to show their experiences in this movement.
After 20 years of important work the group aims to recover the productive capacity of vegetables in organopónicos and their reorganization.
