Mayabeque, Cuba_ The Cooperatives of Agricultural Production (CPA) Amistad Cubano Bulgara, and Credits and Services (CCS) Manuel Fajardo, of Güines, were winners of the Mayabeque’s popular movement, Creciendo Juntos (Growing Together).
The results in the economic sphere, respond to the increase of the contribution to the production of food destined to the population and to the processing in industries, the works that contribute to the local development and the integrality of the work to achieve greater efficiency and productivity.
“Amistad Cubano Bulgara increased its production levels, gave the marketer of their municipality the same production as last year," according to Modesto Abreu, president of the National Association of Small Farmers (ANAP), in this territory.
"They also stimulated the CCS Manuel Fajardo, for its contribution to the social service, it has sales points and they are worthy of the first place," Abreu added.
A total of 53 farms of the CCS are in the movement of fruit trees, which contributes a lot to the country. Also, they contribute with the market place of Acopio in the locality, with beans and corn. They also comply with the milk plan at the 110 percent.
