Mayabeque, Cuba_ "The experience has been very good," Rosmeri Cruz Crisanto, said with a grateful and happy smile, the most integral foreign student after receiving her diploma of completion of studies at the forty-second graduation of the Agrarian University of Havana, (UNAH), located in San José de las Lajas, about 35 kilometers from Havana, the Cuban capital.
The National Theater welcomed the 438 professionals, of them 15 foreigners from Viet Nam, Peru and Panama in the specialties of Veterinary, Agronomy and Law.
"We had very well prepared teachers and we were able to exchange with Cuban students and students from other countries," Cruz Crisanto said.
A total of 49 students representing different specialties received the Gold Title by agreement of the Rector and the Board of Directors of the UNAH. María Beatríz Rodríguez Alonso, of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine was elected the most integral Cuban student in the school year 2017-2018, who on behalf of the graduates said: "during these years we had the support of teachers who gave us, in addition to knowledge the love of the profession and the passion for their subject. It is our duty to carry each teaching in the heart and put it into practice."
The National Association of Economists and Accountants of Cuba (ANEC) and the Union of Jurists awarded recognition to students with outstanding results in these specialties.
The Provincial Board of the Association of Pedagogues of Cuba, awarded the "Raúl Gómez García" Award to Melisa de la Rosa Guerrero, from the career of Speech Therapy.
