Mayabeque, Cuba_ The Twenty-first Congress of the National Institute of Agricultural Sciences (INCA), will take place in Matanzas from November 20 to 23, the Mayabeque newspaper blog publishes.
The objective is to achieve a scientific technical exchange between the specialists and researchers of the agricultural branch with professors, students, Cuban producers and from different countries to learn about the varieties and technologies that allow greater efficiency in production.
The main thematic lines of the meeting will be referred to Climate Change, Sustainable Agriculture and local development, as well as experiences that serve to improve agricultural performance at national and international level.
Dr. Michell MartÃnez, one of the researchers at the head of the conclave, explained that the current edition of the Twenty-first Congress of Inca includes the execution of symposiums on sustainable agriculture on agroecological bases, endogenous development, local innovation and agricultural extension, Â characterization and the management of rhizospheric microorganisms, non-microbial bio stimulators, the improvement and conservation of phylogenetic resources, the soil health and nutrition of plants and Eco physiology of the plants, as well as several workshops.
The meeting of November will deal with the topics through lectures, satellite meetings, book and multimedia presentations, exhibitions and technical tours.
According to the Organizing Committee currently they have 250 papers, most of them Cuban and the most outstanding will be awarded taking into consideration the analysis of prestigious specialists, while 12 nations have already confirmed their attendance.
