Mayabeque, Cuba_ The reservoirs of Mayabeque are more than 50 percent full, which shows the favorable state from the hydrological point of view.

According to the technical director of the Provincial Company of Hydraulic Exploitation, Daniely Amaury Romero, currently the basins accumulate 162.7 42 cubic hectometers for a 55 percent, highlighting the reservoirs of San Miguel de Aguayo, Jaruco and La Ruda, which are above 90%

The Mampostón dam is the one with the lowest filling capacity, since it constitutes a small basin of contribution and with respect to the behavior of the rains, the annual accumulated closed at 91 percent in the month of July.

The maintenance plan of the hydraulic infrastructure is proceeding apace; an example of this is the electromechanical repair at the Pedroso Dam by specialists from Santiago de Cuba.
